General Service Info

First Aid

Medical facilities and services are located at the regatta building next to the finish tower and are available during the official opening hours of the venue on training and race days.

Boat Park

Boat racks are located in the boathouse area near the pontoons and in the wider area of the boat house area. Crews are responsible for ensuring that their boats are securely fastened to the racks at all times and that there is no risk of them being damaged by adverse weather conditions. Crews arriving with boats on trailers are advised to bring slings to secure the boats.

Pontoons

There are six pontoons in total, four of which are open to all boats, two are reserved for rental boats.

Boat Repairs

The boat builders’ stands are located in the boat park area.

Bow Numbers

Bug numbers must be collected from the Service Center at least one hour before the race for a deposit of €10. The deposit will be refunded upon receipt of the returned bow number.

Baggage drop-off

Baggage storage for participants is located in the Service Centre and is free of charge. It is open during the official opening hours of the venue from Tuesday to Sunday.

Service Centre

The Service Center (formerly Regatta Office and Info Centre) is located on the right side of the water basin (looking towards the start) in the administration building. The entrance is on the water side. Compared to the traditional regatta office concept, the Service Centre—as the name suggests—is intended to be the service-oriented, friendly and central point of contact for all your needs.

Team Tents

Team tents can only be set up on the green area in front of the grandstand. Space will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have any questions, please contact the Service Centre.

Drinking Water

The tap water in Munich is of excellent quality and drinkable. We recommend the use of refillable water bottles and refilling at the water taps at the boat hangars or in the sanitary areas in block A or B.

Please note: The water in the toilet containers is not drinking water.
